The KS-4522HLS angular beam saw is designed for furniture manufacturers requiring high-volume panel processing.
The machine offers high throughput and features fully automatic ripping and cross-cutting functions. It supports integration with waste discharge conveyor systems and is equipped with a heavy-duty rotating table that automatically re-orients panels according to the cutting program.
The KS-4522HLS can operate as a standalone production solution or be seamlessly integrated into an automated production line. It is designed for continuous industrial operation.
- The main saw is powered by a high-performance 30 kW variable-frequency motor.
- Equipped with three movable gripper assemblies (six pairs of grippers), with each gripper carriage driven independently by a servo motor on linear guideways.
- The cross-cutting saw is equipped with a dual pusher clamping system, enabling either sequential or simultaneous cutting.
