Twin-head six-sided CNC drilling centre equipped with two independent drilling heads and a 5-position tool magazine for simultaneous machining and higher productivity. Easy one-person operation, compact footprint, and direct compatibility with various software packages. Mainly used for six-sided machining of furniture panels, including hinge holes, through holes, blind holes, horizontal drilling, simultaneous machining of symmetrical hole patterns, as well as routing operations with small routing tools.

【2】Dual gripper system with extended linear guideways. Maximum gripper speed up to 140 m/min. Automatic drilling position detection eliminates unnecessary gripper repositioning. The gripper stroke reaches 5.5 m, allowing large panels to be processed in a single clamping cycle, reducing machining time.

【3】Dual-offset air flotation table automatically adjusts according to the drilling position to improve drilling accuracy and prevent contamination of the workpiece underside.
