Six-sided CNC drilling centre with C-axis, ATC (10+2) tool magazine, upper drilling head: 14 vertical + 10 vertical spindles, lower drilling head: 9 vertical spindles, twin lower routing spindles and four-output aggregate. Automatic tool changing for complex and versatile machining operations including Lamello®, OVVO, Lockdowel, lighting grooves, hinge relief machining and more.
Left side: 9 kW C-axis spindle for side routing, supplied as standard with an inline aggregate and optional cross aggregate. The C-axis spindle rotates through 360° for machining on all four sides.
Suitable for 45° side-routing aggregates and side-routing units for machining 45° Lamello® grooves. Compatible with both standard grooving saw blades and Lamello® saw blades.
Standard configuration includes a 2-position side-routing unit and 2-position ATC, suitable for inline, cross, 45° and saw blade aggregates.
Standard two-level, 10-position ATC tool magazine for general-purpose tooling.
Equipped with a 5.5 kW automatic tool change spindle and twin 3.5 kW lower routing spindles for faster and more efficient grooving and routing operations.
Dual-offset air flotation table automatically adjusts according to the drilling position, providing optimum panel support, improving drilling accuracy and preventing dust accumulation on the underside.
